‘Architectural Hats’ shows my underlining passion for Architecture in the form of headwear. It is inspired by Architectural drawings, buildings and structural hairstyles. It also inspired by findings for my dissertation: ‘Millinery: ‘The Architecture of Fashion?’
My research and design for this collection also won the ‘George Jackson’ travelling bursary. With this I travelled to New York where I gained lots of inspiration and materials for my future work!
